We are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

Beauty Trend currently delivers throughout South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped using:

Orders are fully trackable, and tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During promotional periods, public holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

8–11 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we work closely with our courier partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Peak seasonal demand
  • Strikes or industrial action
  • Civil unrest
  • Road closures
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Courier operational delays
  • Force majeure events

Beauty Trend will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

However, if your order experiences an unexpected delay, we will gladly assist by liaising with the courier and keeping you informed of your shipment's progress.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Any applicable promotions offering free shipping will be clearly indicated on our website.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Your Aramex tracking number
